Roberto F Carle
ROBERTO F.CARLE
Roberto lives in Cordoba, Argentina where he was born in 1945. At his 50th birthday he decided to turn his lifetime interest in painting in something more than a hobby. He has been continuously exploring different techniques and surfaces, but mainly focusing on acrylics, sketches, xilographies and watercolours.
His work, while contains a characteristic Latin-American flavour, has a European influence, typical of the Argentinean art. Carle’s women and landscapes, ever-present topics in Latin-American artists, are full of colour and sensuality, without reaching the exuberance contained in Caribbean or Brazilian art.
He has been participating in exhibitions in Argentina, and has won several awards.
